October 8th 2007, DISNEY-ABC International Television and KAMERA announce international mobile and online distribution deal for ABC NEWS content
Disney-ABC International Television, The Walt Disney Company's international TV distribution arm, and Internet and mobile TV specialist aggregator Kamera have closed an agreement to distribute award-winning news video content from ABC News. The deal will enable Kamera to market ABC News’ vast portfolio of news content to mobile operators and online platforms worldwide, excluding North America.
Content included in the deal covers:
• ABC News On Demand clips
• ABC News service ABC NewsOne, providing round-the clock-access to breaking news, politics, weather, entertainment and sports related news
• News clips from the hit ABC morning show "Good Morning America"
Kamera will distribute, pitch and package ABC News content to its existing global network of customers, comprising of 35 mobile operators and more than 40 online customers, as well as creating ground breaking products and services for mobile and online. In addition to technically adapting the content for multiple platforms, Kamera will also offer localized versions to increase usability and demand.

Kamera works with Disney-ABC International Television, Associated Press, Sportfive and other blue-chip content owners to package and distribute an extensive array of time-sensitive, online and mobile video news content which is translated into a host of languages, including Mandarin, French, Spanish, Swedish, Danish and Arabic, and carried by over 40 web sites and 35 mobile operators worldwide.
